The material in this chapter does not, for the most part, lend itself to working examples. You can find copies of the screenshots and other illustrations among the lecture slides for this chapter.
Templates
Take a look at the complete template-based site opens a new window featured in Figure 11.17. Notice how the same features appear on every page. If you use your browser's View Source command, you will be able to see the special comments that Dreamweaver inserts to mark the fixed and editable regions.
Note that the Dreamweaver-generated code on these pages, which were created some years ago, is of poor quality. If we get a chance to re-do this client's site it will be brought up to standard.
